Good restaurant, we always like to come back here. Especially in summer you can sit outside and there is a small playground for the little guests! The owners are very nice and we are looking forward to our Christmas dinner. For the current situation you can pre-order the food here and it will be delivered, great!

Unfortunately the pasta ordered was bland. The crayfish and broccoli little.

The pizzas were delicious and were ready very quickly. Special requests were also accepted. The only point of criticism: Every pizza with a size of 30 cm in diameter is advertised in the menu, which they are not.

Nice restaurant in the train station. We found a place spontaneously. The service could - in our case - be a bit friendlier or more attentive ... the reorders requested by my wife (drinks, dessert) were often not taken into account.

Since Il Borgo is right at the train station, you can of course hear the trains going by and stopping. But I think that it has a certain charm. We like this restaurant very much and are happy to invite our guests there too. Outside you sit in a nicely designed garden with an attractive children's play area, inside in the old waiting room of the train station, which has been given a lot of comfort with dark woods and wall colors without spoiling the hall's character. The menu is pleasantly clear and immediately shows that the kitchen values ​​quality. A highlight is always the menu of the day, imaginative with often unusual dishes and wine recommendations that we could always rely on. The quality of the food is first class, always fresh and made from high-quality ingredients, with excellent sauces. Only the selection of vegetables for certain dishes is a bit boring (it's worth asking and making special requests here). The service tries differently. Without exception, we were served in a very friendly and committed manner, but on some days we had to make an effort to draw attention to ourselves, and on such days it can take time until you have a drink or food in front of you. Those who appreciate the good cuisine and the beautiful ambience live with it.

Advertised as an upscale Italian restaurant. The visit was as follows: table allocation - after 15 minutes the waitress came - carelessly laid down, laminated menus - when asked about a drinks menu, the answer: It is still in progress, I have everything there - after 25 minutes the aperitif - Ordering the dishes, asking that the menu on the Internet is more extensive - Answer: I have everything there. Summa sumarum: bad service, in the corner bar I get a full menu in imitation leather cover, zero service concept unless one is apparently known. Taste of the food okay, just leave the portion sizes to be desired. There is also a train station flair - just loud and echoing. We would be very disappointed and would not recommend and never go back.

We are very satisfied!!! We are overjoyed about the beautiful beer garden, including the playground, about the really good food (each time extra wishes are fulfilled !!!) and the good service! For a year, always happy! We will be back!

We have been coming here regularly for years. The food is always excellent. Ambience, service, everything fits. We can recommend the restaurant 100%. We cannot understand the negative comment above. We have always received excellent service. Tip: Sometimes you can also order things that are not on the menu or change dishes slightly. My personal tip: Scallops with truffle in white wine sauce and the sole in sage (unfortunately not always available). There is no better way to prepare fish! Weber family

Nice outdoor area, that's it. Service is disastrous. If the waiter comes at all, you are not even greeted and the unsightly plastic cards are thrown to you without a word. You are treated as if you were just a disorder. When the waiter finally came, you were looked at without a word. No recommendations, not even a smile. Zero friendliness, zero communication. We already thought about whether he might be mute or not speak German. I've really never seen anything like it. The restaurant was not even half full and after a long wait two guests had to go to the kitchen and beg to be allowed to pay. Four guests who smoked the chain and had no decency were the icing on the cake. The next day we both had stomach problems. Conclusion: never again. If you see gastronomy as a burden, you should look for another job.

Beautiful ambience, good food and they take enough measures against Covid.

As locals, we always went there. Outside you sit quite comfortably, even if a train occasionally passes by. Food and prices are completely OK - but the service ... We always have the feeling of being invisible or transparent. 20 minutes with empty glasses is still little and apparently completely normal. No waiter even takes a look at it. Even if I want to pay, I have to get up and actively address the waitress! Every time, and also with other staff. We always made a decision not to go back, this time we're serious.

Very quiet location, we were there 17:30, the number of guests at the time was manageable, you that it was also a very quiet visit. For us not so interesting, but nice for couples with children, swing and slide were in the garden. The food was well portioned and extremely delicious. Prices are absolutely fine. Would go back anytime.

Everything was.. Ok. Pizza was underseasoned and the base was pretty flavourless. The house wine is fairly good.

Unfortunately very long waiting time and the taste was rather average
